Dear Backers,

By now, most of you should either received your FlexR or at least have a tracking number.

Some of the parcels were returned due to the lithium battery. We will make every effort to ship them again to make sure you will receive your FlexR(s) asap!

Surveys Incoming!

Hi FlexR backers, 

Surveys have been sent TODAY!

Through these backer surveys you will finalize your FlexR color choices, address, and add-on products.

Be on the lookout for an email from BackerKit in your inbox.

Surveys will be sent out incrementally over the next 8 hours. If you don't see an email from us in that time, please check your SPAM and "Promotions" tab (if you are in Gmail).

Surveys

Once the BackerKit survey is sent out, you will be sent an invitation to the same email address that you used to pledge with on Kickstarter. When you get your survey, click on the "Click Here to Respond!" button and you'll see a page that looks like this:

You'll notice a few important details here:

The Pledge Amount is the total amount of money that you contributed on Kickstarter, including shipping fees. The Pledge Level Selected shows the specific reward package you selected. Then, choose the country you're living in so we'll know where to ship your rewards, and click the huge, green "Get Started!" button

You'll go through four steps within the survey:

 1) QUESTIONS

You'll be able to choose the color of your FlexR.

You will be able to choose your Phone Stand color, out of 3 different color options.

 2) ADD-ONS

You'll have the opportunity to purchase an additional FlexR or more electrodes in the Add-Ons section. Any add-ons you purchase will be shipped at the same time as the ones you pledged for on Kickstarter.

 3) SHIPPING

You'll give us your current shipping address. If you'd like to add any additional products to your order, you'll be asked to enter a credit card number to pay any remaining balance.

 4) CONFIRM

Once that's done, you'll see a confirmation screen, showing that we've got your order, and that you're all set.

Please fill out these surveys as soon as you can, in order to speed up the shipping & manufacturing processes.
